Why an Advisory Board?
Creating a patient advisory board can help you to validate your assumptions before you move on. Do you need to move fast? We contact patients and organise the patient advisory boards for you, fast, efficient and with high quality output.
Why a Digital Advisory Board?
Digital advisory boards are very convenient, both for the patient as for the organisers. Not having to travel, having no geographic restrictions and securing social distancing are some of the many advantages. We use state of the art teleconference tools to hold these advisory board sessions.
Preparing advisory boards
When establishing and organising a good patient advisory board, there are several aspects that need to be taken into account:

Patient Recruitment
We recruit patients based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Via our broad network of patient partners and via social media recruitment strategies we are able to find the right patients to attend the advisory boards. Our philosophy is that patients also should get a compensation for their time spent.

Moderating Patient Advisory Boards
Good preparation upfront will facilitate the expeditious establishment of the advisory board. We can create and set up either virtual patient advisory boards or face-to-face boards. Our method includes an on-boarding phase to make sure all legal and contractual issues are settled upfront and that possible questions received from the advisory board members or round table participants are addressed. Our moderators speak English, French, Spanish and Dutch and make sure all points are touched upon as discussed in the preparation phase in a respectful and compassionate way towards the patients. Our moderators are always qualified patient experts.
Reporting on patient advisory boards
We ensure that two representatives from Patient Centrics are present at the advisory boards to capture maximal insights. We will process the information and match it with the objectives and deliver a report with the findings and proposals on how to move forward.
